Community Pharmacy salaries vary depending on many factors, amongst others, the size of the pharmacy, commission structures, incentives, age, experience etc. Taking these factors into account, ICPA would like to consolidate salary related information for independent pharmacies and share the results with all member pharmacy owners. This will serve as the benchmark for market-related salaries across South Africa for Independent Community Pharmacies.
