POLMED MEDICAL SCHEME

Pertaining to the transfer of Polmed to the administrator Medscheme and the migration of Polmed membership numbers in particular, for the processing of acute claims. Please note that membership numbers will be changing for all members, but the claims system will still recognize the old numbers. However, pharmacies need to ensure that the old numbers contain 9 digits. Many of the old numbers consist of less digits; to rectify this add zeros in front of the number to comprise 9 digits.
