Objectives of this Webinar:

  1. Inform pharmacists on their rights and responsibilities during the investigation and at each level of review,
  2. Empower pharmacists to adequately reply to a complaint received from the SAPC, and
  3. Distinguish between the role of the different disciplinary committees of the SAPC
    • Committee of Preliminary Investigation (CPI),
    • Committee of Informal Inquiries (CII) and
    • Committee of Formal Inquiries (CFI).
